Upon coordinating your tour, we will ask you if you have allergies, or have likes and dislikes concerning specific foods. Based on the information provided, we will arrange meals that will suit you. Equally, for those who have to follow religious dietary guidelines and restrictions, we will take every measure to meet your needs. We will also provide secure prayer places during your tour.
Unfortunately, we cannot single handle accommodation. In order for us to provide tailor made tours, please keep in mind that you will need to book at least two out of the following three components: accommodation, tour guide service, and private vehicle charter.
Since we specialize in tailor made Japan tours for travelers from all over the world, we can arrange various programs and sites that particularly satisfies non-Japanese travelers. We can provide complete service to make your conference a success. The arrangements we can do are as follows: conference venues, simultaneous interpreters, Japanese souvenir gifts, formal receptions, daily meals, hotels, and private sightseeing excursions.
Please make sure to make payment before departure date. As soon as we finish making all the reservation needed, we will let you know the final tour price. The ideal payment deadline we generally announce to the clients is a date three weeks prior to departure. Please make payment by credit card but if that is difficult, another payment method we accept is bank transfer.

Please note that as a token of our arrangement, 15% arrangement fee will be added to the total tour price.

If your office or hotel is located in Tokyo, we can visit your office for tour consultation.
If located outside of Tokyo or overseas, we can discuss over phone, by email, or hold a Skype meeting.
We can arrange tours all over Japan depending on the client's interests.
It's not crucial to have Tokyo included in the tour if the client wants to travel someplace else.
Concerning these two, we kindly ask the clients to book on their own.
All of our members at Global Lounge Ginza can utilize English fluently, and therefore we can directly communicate with the guests if he or she wishes to do so.
Global Lounge Ginza is a department that solely focuses on tours to Japan. However, if the traveler would like to travel to nearby countries such as Korea and China along with Japan, we can arrange combination tours.
