Based on the information you have provided, the concierge will plan your personal itinerary and quote.
Then, with your additional requests, the concierge will recreate your tour plan according to your expectations and ideal travel experience.
With the completion of your very own tour itinerary, the concierge will then have you fill out the application form.
Once the application form is processed, the concierge will then proceed with hotel bookings, guides, and so on.
After all bookings and tour arrangements are completed, the final tour fee will be announced.
Please make payment following the concierge's instructions.
(We usually request the payment to be completed three weeks prior to the departure date.)
The concierge will send you the final itinerary before departure.
The meeting point of guide (or driver) will be provided at this point along with their contact information.
The guide will meet you and escort you through out the tour.
If you have booked a tour without private guide, vouchers and tickets for sightseeing will be sent to your accommodation.
